Superb Quality, I get great spin out of these balls!, November 29, 2010

I bought 2 packs of these balls. They are high quality and seem to have a good weight and consistency to them. When playing ping-pong with my friend we notice we can get better spin out of these balls compared to another 3 star brand we have been using. It is also easier to read the spin on the balls due to the black and red logo on them contrasting with the white ball.

We also play scar ball with these balls (eg. best of 3 points, loser has to turn around expose back, winner smashes ball as hard as he can at his back). We are in our 20′s and smash these balls as hard as we can. The balls can take a real beating and none of them have ever cracked like another brand we used to play with.

I recommend these balls to someone who wants high quality consistent balls that aren’t going to give you any trouble at all.

I can really tell a difference in these balls compared to the ones I bought at Dicks Sports. This has more bounce and grips better to the paddle for those special spin moves. The lifespan per ball seems to last a good while. I am a hobby player and probably play couple of times a week with family and friends. I would get these for any hobby player.

Great balls!, February 18, 2009

Love these balls, nice size & weight to play with – ITTF approved and 3-star of course. Price is a little on the expensive side, but it does last very long, so a great deal! Very satisfied !!

Solid balls, don’t crack easily, September 3, 2008

For a serious casual table tennis player, a common frustration is when balls develop cracks. I had been using the kind of cheap balls from the toy store until I upgraded to these. I find that the life of these balls is easily 10 times that of the ones I had been using until now. They are well worth the few extra dollars.

Love these Ping Pong Balls! This have great bounce and durability. I have even pinned one up against a wall with my paddle hard and there was no damange what so ever to the ball afterwards (no dents, cracks, or dead spots). I play very hard, and slam often against the table and surrounding walls and after putting these through my tourture, they hold up extremely well.

GREAT Ball for Serious Players, January 24, 2009

I’ve been using these balls for a lot of years. They are extremely durable, and they feel like your hitting a rock. If you’re the kind of player that loves the feel of the sweet spot on your paddle, these balls are “the bomb.” They last, and last, and last – despite numerous slams and they are very fast!

If you’re looking for professional quality table tennis balls, these probably aren’t for you. If you’re a recreational player who doesn’t know or care what a forehand loop is, these are 36 balls that work perfectly well and hold up for longer than the good balls probably will for a very low price.

Lot’s of balls, but not very bouncy.

These are not balls that didn’t quite make the 3 star cut, but balls that were probably destined to be shot out of kid’s toys and it shows.

Good tennis balls and last long, September 27, 2009

I bought a dozen (2 packs) half year ago. We play everyday. Now there are still 4 of them are playing. They are good in performance and color. They seems last very long if you don’t step on them.

Good balls for the price, April 2, 2009

I recently bought a 6 pack of these for [...] bucks at a Wal-mart, and boy are they good.

Compared to a sports craft 3 stars these are great.

1 – durable: I do alot of slams and hit the ball hard very often, these beasts can take a boatload of punishment.

2 – lively: These are some of the best balls when it comes to spinning and even bounces.

3 – price: [...] bucks at my local Wal mart, need I say more?

I highly recommend these balls for any player that loves to hit hard, fast and smash.

Halex 3 Star Table Tennis Balls, February 14, 2009

This ball is much more visible than comparable white balls and has a consistent solid feel. I used this ball in tournaments in the 60s and found them to be very durable. What more could anyone ask for? A few more winners maybe.
